The Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 (Commencement No.4) Order 2011 No. 462 (C. 17)

Commencement

2.  The following provisions of the Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 shall come into force on 25th February 2011:

• sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8;

• subsections (1), (4), (6) and (7) of section 9;

• section 12 for the purposes of the above sections and subsections.
