For the purposes of regulation 17 and paragraphs 7(1)(a) and 8(1)(a) of Schedule 3, an official label pre-printed before IP completion day containing the statement “EU Rules and Standards” may be used as an official label before the end of the period of one year beginning with the day after the day on which IP completion day falls.
