8.  In section 113(2) of the 1992 Act(1) (service of notices)—

(a) omit “or” immediately after paragraph (b); and

(b) after paragraph (c) insert—

“; or

(d) by sending it by electronic means to an electronic address notified by the person for the purpose.”.
