Notwithstanding the revocation of the Marine Minerals Regulations, regulation 6 (preliminary determinations of the regulator) continues to have effect in relation to any request for a preliminary determination made before 6th April 2011 under regulation 6(1)(b) of those Regulations.

Notwithstanding the revocation of the Marine Minerals Regulations, regulation 26 (register) and regulation 32 (amendments to regulations and savings) of those Regulations continue to have effect.
