13.  In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(1) (rate of benefit)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£71.40” substitute “£73.60”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£47.80” substitute “£49.30”;

(c) in paragraph (1)(c) for “£18.95” substitute “£19.55”;

(d) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£49.85” substitute “£51.40”; and

(e) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£18.95” substitute “£19.55”.
