Obstructing execution of authorised works14.
A person who without reasonable excuse—
(a)
obstructs another person from constructing or maintaining any of the authorised works, or
(b)
interferes with equipment or materials used in the construction, operation or maintenance of any of the authorised works, or
(c)
in any other way interferes with any of the authorised works or their operation;
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
