Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 E+W

10.  At the end of rule 32.7(2), insert—

“(Rules 78.26 to 78.28 contain rules in relation to evidence arising out of mediation of certain cross-border disputes. Rule 78.27(1)(b) relates specifically to this rule.)”.
