28.  The following instruments are revoked—

(a) the Animal By-Products Regulations 2005(1);

(b) the Avian Influenza (H5N1) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2007(2); and

(c) the Animal By-Products (Amendment) Regulations 2009(3).
