Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st April 2011.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order extends to England and Wales only.

Article 2 also extends to Scotland.

In this Order, “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation Order 2009.
