In regulation 25(1) of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 M1, in the definition of “credit institution”—

(a)

for “Article 4(1)(a)” substitute “ Article 4(1) ”; and

(b)

after “business of credit institutions” insert “ (as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC) ”.
