This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional, Savings and Transitory Provisions) Order 2012.

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Localism Act 2011;

  • “the 1999 Act” means the Greater London Authority Act 19992;

  • “the 2000 Act” means the Local Government Act 20003.
