PART 9 U.K. TRANSITIONAL AND SAVING PROVISION

Licences granted under the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) Regulations 1995 U.K.

73.  Any licence granted by the CAA under the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) Regulations 1995 M1 which is in effect immediately before the day on which these Regulations come into force—

(a) has effect on and after that date as if it were granted under these Regulations; and

(b) subject to the provisions of these Regulations remains in force until the expiry of that licence.
