The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by sections 19(1A), (2), (3), (4A) and (4B), 20(2) and (3) and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002(1).

2002 c.32. Section 19 was amended by S.I. 2010/1198 and subsections (1A), (4A) and (4B) of section 19 were inserted by section 38 of the Education Act 2011 (c 21).
