2. 1st May 2012 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Digital Economy Act 2010 come into force—
(a)section 41(1);
(b)paragraphs 2 to 4, 6 to 9, and 10(2) of Schedule 1 (and section 41(2) so far as it relates to those provisions); and
(c)the entries in Schedule 2 relating to sections 4 and 22 of the Video Recording Act 1984(1) (and section 45 so far as it relates to those entries).
1984 c.39. as amended by the Video Recordings Act 1993 (c.24) and the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (c.33) and as repealed and revived by the Video Recordings Act 2010 (c.1).
