This Order may be cited as the Public Bodies (Abolition of Courts Boards) Order 2012.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on the later of 1st April 2012 or the day after the day on which it is made.

Article 3 comes into force on the day after that on which the other provisions of this Order come into force.

This Order extends to England and Wales.
