1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force—
(a)except for the purposes of regulation 3(b), on 1st July 2012, immediately after the amendments made by the Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2012(1) to the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010(2) come into force; and
(b)for the purposes of regulation 3(b), on 1st July 2012, immediately after the other provisions of these Regulations come into force as referred to in sub-paragraph (a).
