Amendment to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005

4.  The Schedule to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005(1) is amended as follows—

(a) omit “Halton” and “Warrington”;

(b) after “North Cambridgeshire” insert “North Cheshire”;

(c) omit “North Durham” and “South Durham”;

(d) after “Cornwall” insert “County Durham and Darlington”.
