4. The Schedule to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005(1) is amended as follows—
(a)omit “Halton” and “Warrington”;
(b)after “North Cambridgeshire” insert “North Cheshire”;
(c)omit “North Durham” and “South Durham”;
(d)after “Cornwall” insert “County Durham and Darlington”.
