Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009

7.  In regulation 19—

(a) In paragraph (2), after “section 22 of the 1998 Act” insert “, other than a post-2012 student loan,”;

(b) in paragraph (3)(c) delete “or”;

(c) in paragraph (3)(d)—

(i) after “post-2006 student loans” insert “and not post-2012 student loans”; and

(ii) delete the “.” and insert “; or”; and

(d) after paragraph (3)(d) insert—

“(e) in the case of post-2012 student loans, the 30^th anniversary of the date on which the borrower became liable to repay the student loan.”.
