The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 303(1) and (2) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012(1).
Before doing so, in accordance with section 303(4) of that Act, the Secretary of State for Health has consulted the Scottish Ministers.
