62.  In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2009(1) (interpretation), in paragraph (d) of the definition of “supplementary prescriber”, for “Health Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001”.
