These Regulations make provision relating to the enforcement of Council Regulation (EC) No. 305/2006 of 21 February 2006 (OJ L 51, 22.2.2006, p.1) (“the Council Regulation”) imposing restrictive measures against certain persons suspected of involvement in the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri.
