The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(2), (3) and (4) of the Health Act 2006(1):

2006 c. 28 The Secretary of State is the “appropriate national authority” in relation to England under section 82(1) of the Health Act 2006. See section 71(1) for the definition of “regulations”.
