In section 1139 (development of land), for subsection (5) substitute—

“(5)

In the application of this section to the British Waterways Board —

(a)

the references to the Minister are to be read as references to the Scottish Ministers;

(b)

the power in subsection (4) is limited to the acquisition of adjoining land in Scotland.”.
