21.  In section 55(2)(1) (power to restrict sale and supply of alcohol) of the Crime and Security Act 2010(2), in the inserted section 172B(5)(i)(iii) of the Licensing Act 2003 (vessel: responsible authorities), for “the British Waterways Board” substitute “Canal & River Trust”.
