Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Codes of Practice) (Revision of Codes C, G and H) Order 2012 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
