1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the South London Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Appointment of Trust Special Administrator) Order 2012 and comes into force on 16th July 2012.
(2) In this Order, “the trust” means the South London Healthcare National Health Service Trust(1).
