Transitory modification in respect of the commencement of section 181 of the Act (Healthwatch England)
7. Until section 183 of the Act (local authority arrangements) comes into force, in section 45A(5)(b) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008(1), the reference to “the views of Local Healthwatch organisations and of other persons” is to be read as a reference to “the views of persons”.
