Date by which the first pharmaceutical needs assessment is to be published5
Each Primary Care Trust established—
a
on or after the appointed day; or
b
on a day that is less than 10 months before the appointed day,
must publish its first pharmaceutical needs assessment within 10 months of the date on which its PCT order comes into force (if it has not already done so).
