The Secretary of State is a Minister designated1 for the purpose of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to defence-related products.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and by sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Export Control Act 20023, makes the following Order.
