19.  In section 109 M1 (enforcement in Scotland)— U.K.

(a) in subsection (2)—

(i) for the words from “(2)” to “(10)” substitute “ (2), (6) to (6D), (9) and (10) ”, and

(ii) in paragraph (a) omit the words from “or” to “jointly”; and

(b) omit subsection (3).

M1 Section 109(2)(c) was repealed by paragraph 9(a) of Schedule 3 to the Food Safety Act 1990, and section 109(2)(d) was repealed by paragraph 57 of Part 1 of Schedule 8 to S.I. 2006/2407.
