SCHEDULE 34 U.K. Amendments to existing law

PART 1 U.K. The Medicines Acts 1968 and 1971

31.  In section 130 M1 (meaning of medicinal product and related expressions)— U.K.

(a) for subsection (1) substitute—

“(1) In this Act, “medicinal product” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the 2012 Regulations.”; and

(b) omit subsections (2) to (8) and (10).
