In section 142(7) (powers to obtain information about potentially hazardous substances) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 M1, for the entry relating to the Medicines Act 1968 substitute “ Parts 3 to 8 and 16 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 ”.
