National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 U.K.

84.—(1) The National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 M1 are amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In regulation 2(1)—

(a) omit the definition “the POM Order”; and

(b) in the definition “prescription only medicine” for the words from “article” to the end of the definition substitute “ regulation 5(3) (classification of medicinal products) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 ”.

(3) In paragraph 13(2)(a) of Schedule 1—

(a) for “article 3B(3) of the POM Order” substitute “ regulation 215 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 ”; and

(b) for “that Order” substitute “ those Regulations ”.
