Where the poll at a PCC election is to be taken together with the poll at F3a Senedd election under article 16A of the 2007 Order, the modifications to the PCC elections rules set out in Part 3, and the forms in Part 4, of Schedule 4 have effect subject to the modifications and exceptions set out in Part 5 of that Schedule.
