13A.   Where the poll at a PCC election is to be taken together with the poll at [F3 a Senedd] election under article 16A of the 2007 Order, the modifications to the PCC elections rules set out in Part 3, and the forms in Part 4, of Schedule 4 have effect subject to the modifications and exceptions set out in Part 5 of that Schedule.]
