The Schedule to the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 200058 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 6A (estimate of net weekly income of employed earner where insufficient information available), in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2), for “Commission” (in each place) substitute “Secretary of State”.

In paragraph 9A (estimate of net weekly income of self-employed earner where insufficient information available), in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2), for “Commission” (in each place) substitute “Secretary of State”.
