23.  The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2000 M1 ;

(c) the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2006 M3 .
