The Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2012

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 111A(15)(b), 181, 182(2) and (3) of the Pension Schemes Act 19931, sections 49(8), 124(1) and 174(2) and (3) of the Pensions Act 19952 and sections 2(3), 3(2), (5) and (6), 4(1) to (3) and (5), 5(4), (6) and (8), 6(1)(b) and (2), 7(5), 10, 11, 12, 15(1) and (2), 16(2), 22(4), 23(1)(b) and (c), (3) and (6), 24(1)(a) and (b), 29(2) and (4), 30(5), (7A) and (8), 37(3), 38(2), (3) and (4), 40(4), 41(4) and (5), 43(3), 52(3), 54(3), 60, 99 and 144(2) and (4) of the Pensions Act 20083:
