Provisions coming into force on 3rd September 20122
The following provisions of the Education and Skills Act 2008 come into force on 1st September 2012—
a
section 155 (application of s. 444 of the Education Act 1996 to alternative provision);
b
paragraph 43 of Schedule 1;
c
paragraphs 50, 51, 52 and so far as relating to those paragraphs, paragraph 48 of Schedule 1; and
d
paragraph 80 of Schedule 1.
