Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

5.  In Part 31—

(a) after rule 31.23(1), insert—

“(Section 6 of Part 81 contains provisions in relation to committal for making a false disclosure statement.)”; and

(b) omit rule 31.23(2).
