In article 5A of the Feed-in Tariffs (Specified Maximum Capacity and Functions) Order 20102 (accreditation of hydro generating stations with a capacity of 50 kilowatts or less), in paragraph (2)(a), for “during the period which began on 1st April 2010 and ends on 30th September 2012” substitute “on or after 1st April 2010”.
