26. In section 41C(4)(1)—
(a)omit the word “or” after paragraph (b); and
(b)after paragraph (c), insert—
“; or
(d)the provision of a smart meter communication service.”.
Section 41C was inserted by section 88 of the Utilities Act 2000 (c. 27) and amended by section 149 of the Energy Act 2004 (c. 20).
