12.  In paragraph 6(a) of Schedule 26 to the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(1) (Urban Development Corporations – members), after “bankrupt or” insert “has had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him or has”.
