18. In paragraph 3(7)(b) of Schedule 3 to the National Heritage Act 1983(1) (the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England – membership), after “bankrupt or” insert “has had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him or has”.
