36. In paragraph 4(2)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1996(1) (registered social landlord – power to remove director, trustee, member etc.), after “bankrupt or” insert “a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) has been made in respect of him, or he”.

Explanatory Memorandum
