37.  In paragraph 3(4)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998(1), after “bankrupt or” insert “a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) has been made in respect of him or he has”.
