In paragraph 2(1)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Act 200353 (disqualification for being appointed member of Valuation Tribunal Service), for “or interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB of the Insolvency Act 1986”.
