In paragraph 3(1)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Human Tissue Act 2004(1) (Human Tissue Authority - disqualification), for “or interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB of the Insolvency Act 1986”.
