6.  In paragraph 5(b) of Schedule 2 to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974(1) (the Health and Safety Executive – terms of appointment), after “bankrupt or” insert “has had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him or”.
